1. General Information

Massage Andermatt is a professional massage service located at Adlergasse 5, 6490 Andermatt, Switzerland.
By booking or attending a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a respectful, safe, and relaxing experience for all clients.

2. Services

Massage Andermatt offers relaxation massages of different durations (30, 60, and 90 minutes).
All treatments are intended for wellness and relaxation purposes only and do not replace medical or physiotherapy treatments.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be made through our online booking system or by contacting us directly via phone or WhatsApp at +41 77 947 26 96.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your session, the treatment time may be reduced accordingly to avoid delays for other clients.
The full session price will still apply.

5. Payments

Payments can be made in Swiss Francs (CHF) via cash, card, or accepted digital methods at the studio.
Prices displayed on the website are final and include all applicable taxes.

6. Health Conditions

Clients must inform the therapist before the session of any health issues, allergies, injuries, or medical conditions that may affect the treatment.
Massage Andermatt is not responsible for any adverse reactions if such information is not provided.

7. Conduct

All services are strictly professional.
Any inappropriate behavior, including suggestive comments or actions, will result in the immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.

8. Privacy Policy

All client information, including contact details and health information, is treated as strictly confidential and used solely for booking and treatment purposes.
We comply with Swiss data protection regulations (FADP) and never share client data with third parties.

9. Gift Vouchers and Promotions

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. Liability

Massage Andermatt and its therapist take every precaution to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
However, the service provider is not liable for any pre-existing medical condition or reaction occurring after the treatment.

11. Changes to Terms

Massage Andermatt reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be published on the website and apply immediately upon posting.
